Q: [THIS QUESTION RELATES TO YOUR WEB BROWSER COOKIE SETTINGS] I tried to place an order, but when I went to check out, my cart was empty. What happened?
A: Most e-commerce sites rely on cookies being accepted and stored by your browser (cookies are files that mark a session of your computer being "hooked-up" with the website and they usually expire after a set time). If cookies are disabled in your browser, your computer cannot be identified by our website and therefore items cannot be added to your cart. To fix this, make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser's preferences or privacy settings.

If complete cookie support is not activated in your browser, please select and follow the appropriate set of instructions below.

INTERNET EXPLORER 7 and INTERNET EXPLORER 6:

1. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box should appear.)
2. Click the 'Privacy' tab to bring it to the front.
3. Click the 'Advanced...' button (The 'Advanced Privacy Settings' box should appear.)
4. Check the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling' box.
5. Accept 'First-Party Cookies'.
6. Accept 'Third-Party Cookies'.
7. Click 'OK'.
8. Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' window.


INTERNET EXPLORER 5:

1. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box should appear.)
2. Click the 'Security' tab to bring it to the front.
3. Click the 'Custom Level' button (The 'Security Settings' box should appear.)
4. Scroll down the list until you see the 'Cookies' category.
5. Click 'enable' under 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer' and 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.
6. Click 'OK'.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: For orders under $100 delivered in Ellis County, Texas, the delivery charge is $10.

For orders of $150 or more delivered inside Ellis County, Texas, delivery is FREE.

We' also sell our products every Saturday May through October from 8 am to 2 pm at the Downtown Waxahachie Farmers Market in Waxahachie.

If you're outside Ellis County and you see something you need, call us and we can help you too and arrange for shipment via Fedex. We'll determine the shipping costs at that time.

If you're in the Dallas area, we can also deliver your order (for an additional fee based on your location). We just ask you to call us and let us know how we can help you.

Q: What if I need a product that I can't find on this site?
A: Call us! We may have it in stock and just haven't gotten it uploaded yet, or we may be able to special order it.

Q: My check-out invoice displayed a shipping charge of $0.00.  Is that correct?
A: No.  Due to our low prices we are unable to offer free shipping.  The $0.00 shipping charge can be the result of a website error, the website has been unable to contact FedEx for a calculation, or the combined weight of all the products exceeds the seventy pounds maximum per package weight accepted by FedEx. Please call or e-mail and we will be happy to calculate shipping.
