All Natural fungus fighter made from food grade corn.
For use on root and soil borne fungus (cotton root rot, brown patch, etc.) spread at a rate of 20 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. and water in.
For fungus on leaves soak 1 cup of corn meal in one gallon of water until the water turns "milky". Strain out solids and spray undiluted onto leaves. An alternate method is to put the corn meal in a porous bag (like one made from a nylon stocking)and soak, this eliminates the straining.
This mixture can be combined with compost tea or any other natural foliar spray. Also, can be used as a soil drench.
These same applications can be used on potted plants.
Horticultural corn meal needs moisture to activate. Rain doesn't hurt the efficacy since it is not water soluble, like all other organic products. Will not work if used with non-organic fertilizers and other toxic chemicals.
Can be used to kill algae in ponds, but use caution. Any fast algae kill can use up oxygen in the water.
